Pizza Calzone

I'm not Italian, but who doesn't love an Italian dish now and then. Since eating out isn't always the solution, I inspired myself on one of my families ultimate favorites. For a non-Italian, its not all that bad. Buon appetito!

Ingredients:

1 Pizza Dough Recipe (or ready made) 
150 ml. of Tomato Sauce 
1 Small diced onion 
3 - 4 diced garlic cloves 
100 gr. Bacon strips 
100 gr. Pepperoni 
10-15 pitted black sliced olives 
2 cooked eggs 
50 g. mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

Stretch the dough in a diameter of about 30 cm.  Allowing about 1 cm. around the base, spread in an even matter  the sauce, onion, garlic, bacon, pepperoni, olives and cheese, and last place the 2 eggs in the center of the dough.   Wrap the dough by folding it in half an pressing the sides in order to close the calzone  so that the filling will not spill during the baking.   Place in a preheated oven of 200ºC for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush with garlic butter.  
Server with a bit of garlic bread.
