Curried Potatoes

Serve Curried Potatoes just to be out of the ordinary, or to turn an everyday meal into a gourmet dish.

Ingredients:

1 kg. Yukon Potatoes
2 tbsp. of Indian Curry
3 tbsp. of margarine

Preparation:


Peel and cut potatoes in wedges. Place them in a pan filled with cold water and begin to cook them, when water starts to boil, remove from the heat and drain the potatoes. In the same saucepan add the margarine and curry and allow the curry to cook for about 2 minutes. Insert the pre-cooked potatoes in the sauce pan and coat them with the curry. Cover the saucepan and lightly toss so that the potatoes are well coated and do not stick. Allow another 15 minutes on low-medium heat to fully cook.

Remove and serve.
